RUN DOWN – TIME ESTIMATION:

• Pick-up Time: To be advised based on your hotel location.
• 08:30 – 09:00 – Arrival at the Saba Bay Horse Riding base camp for registration and a safety briefing.
• 09:15 – 10:15 – Experience a fantastic 1-hour horse riding adventure along Saba Beach. Guided by skilled grooms, you will ride along volcanic black sands and pounding surf, catching glimpses of local seaside temples, the outline of Nusa Penida Island, and the majestic silhouette of Mount Agung.
• 10:15 – 10:45 – Relax after your ride and enjoy a complimentary soft drink.
• 10:45 – 13:00 – Depart from Saba Bay and transfer to the Mason Elephant Park in Taro, Ubud.
• 13:00 – 14:00 – Arrival at Mason Elephant Park & Lodge. Register and enjoy a delicious lunch at the restaurant (Food only included; drinks are separate).
• 14:00 – 17:00 – Immerse yourself in the Elephant Bathing & Washing program, featuring:
  • Elephant Bathing at the lake (10–15 mins).
  • Elephant Hand Washing (10–15 mins), followed by a shower (towels, soap, and shampoo provided. Please bring a change of dry clothes/swimsuit).
  • Hand-feeding the elephants (includes 1 fruit basket).
  • Access to the Museum, Discovery Information Center, Art Galleries, Botanical Garden, Park Theatre, and Treetop Walk.
• 17:00 – Tour concludes; transfer back to your hotel.

• Maximum weight limit for horse riding is 90 kg.
• If horse riding at Saba Bay is fully booked, the riding activity will be moved to Tangtu Beach.
• Schedule Flexibility: The itinerary sequence may switch (Elephant Park first) depending on operational conditions on the day.

CHILD POLICY:

• Child: 8–12 years old (standard child rate applies).
• Note: Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the tour.

REMARKS & CONDITIONS: 

1. Mason Adventures covers insurance for participants aged 8–75 years.
2. Payment should be settled online (if you experience issues with your card, please chat with us for assistance).
3. Pick-up areas: Kuta, Legian, Canggu, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Sanur, Denpasar, and Ubud.
4. Reasonable and fair pricing—meaning strictly NO HIDDEN FEES.
5. Private tour service: There are no other participants; the vehicle is exclusively for you and your companions.
6. Cancellations made before 17:00 (5:00 PM) on the day before the trip are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
7. Late Cancellations: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip, a 25% cancellation fee will apply.
8. Same-Day / No-Show: Strictly no refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or if you fail to arrive at the scheduled time.
9. Rescheduling Policy: Bookings are generally non-refundable for a full cash refund, but we are happy to assist with rescheduling your date free of charge if you inform us at least 24 hours in advance (subject to availability).
10. Unforeseen Situations: In case of unexpected events such as bad weather, natural disasters, or operational issues, we will gladly help arrange a new schedule or provide credit for a future visit. Alternatively, if a refund is preferred, a 5% service fee will apply to the total payment.
