Elephant Bathing Experience. Get up close and personal with Bali’s gentle giants as you take part in a fun and interactive elephant washing session. Spend 10–15 minutes scrubbing and splashing alongside the elephants before freshening up with complimentary shower facilities and a clean towel provided for your comfort.

RUN DOWN – TIME ESTIMATION:

• Pick-up Time: To be advised based on your hotel location.
• 10:00: Arrive at Mason Elephant Park Sanctuary & Lodge for registration.
• 10:15 – 12:15 – Begin your day with the Elephant Bathing & Washing program, featuring the following:
  • Elephant bathing at the lake (10–15 mins).
  • Elephant Hand Washing (10–15 mins), followed by a shower (towels, soap, and shampoo provided.) Please bring a change of dry clothes/swimsuit.
  • Hand-feeding the elephants (includes 1 fruit basket).
  • Access to the museum, Discovery Information Center, art galleries, botanical garden, Park Theatre, and Treetop Walk.
• 12:15 – 13:00 – Gourmet Park Lunch: Sit down for a freshly prepared, delicious lunch at the park’s restaurant, offering beautiful panoramic views directly over the elephant sanctuary.
• 13:00 – 15:30 – Picturesque Countryside Drive: Relax in your private vehicle as you journey across Bali’s stunning central highlands, passing traditional villages and mountain viewpoints on your way west.
• 15:30 – 17:00 – Jatiluwih UNESCO Rice Terraces: Arrive at the foothills of Mount Batukaru to discover an endless sea of emerald-green fields. CHILD POLICY:

• Child: 8–12 years old (standard child rate applies).

REMARKS & CONDITIONS: 

1. Mason Adventures covers insurance for participants aged 8–75 years.
2. Payment should be settled online (if you experience issues with your card, please chat with us for assistance).
3. Pick-up areas: Kuta, Legian, Canggu, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Sanur, Denpasar, and Ubud.
4. Reasonable and fair pricing—meaning strictly NO HIDDEN FEES.
5. Private tour service: There are no other participants; the vehicle is exclusively for you and your companions.
6. Cancellations made before 17:00 (5:00 PM) on the day before the trip are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
7. Late Cancellations: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip, a 25% cancellation fee will apply.
8. Same-Day / No-Show: Strictly no refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or if you fail to arrive at the scheduled time.
9. Rescheduling Policy: Bookings are generally non-refundable for a full cash refund, but we are happy to assist with rescheduling your date free of charge if you inform us at least 24 hours in advance (subject to availability).
10. Unforeseen Situations: In case of unexpected events such as bad weather, natural disasters, or operational issues, we will gladly help arrange a new schedule or provide credit for a future visit. Alternatively, if a refund is preferred, a 5% service fee will apply to the total payment.
