Mount Batur Sunrise Jeep Tour
Set off toward the Mount Batur viewpoint, experiencing the exhilarating ride as you climb to watch the sun rise.

Get up close and personal with Bali’s gentle giants as you take part in a fun and interactive elephant washing session. Spend 10–15 minutes scrubbing and splashing alongside the elephants before freshening up with complimentary shower facilities and a clean towel provided for your comfort.

Feed the elephants, capture memorable photos, and explore the park. Visit the museum and the Elephant Discovery Information Centre.

RUN DOWN – TIME ESTIMATION:

• Pick-up Time: Hotel pick-up time will be arranged according to your hotel location.
• 04:00 – Arrive at the Mount Batur Jeep Base Camp and meet your local guide.
• 04:15 – Begin the Sunrise Jeep Adventure and travel toward the Mount Batur sunrise viewpoint.
• 05:00 – Arrive at the sunrise viewpoint, approximately 1,200 meters above sea level.
• 06:00 – 08:00 – Enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your jeep while admiring panoramic views of Bali’s volcanic landscape. Continue the adventure through the famous Black Sand and Black Lava areas surrounding Mount Batur.
• 08:30 – Return to the Jeep Base Camp and continue to Kintamani.
• 09:30 – 10:30 – Enjoy breakfast at a local restaurant in Kintamani while admiring stunning views of Mount Batur and Lake Batur from a scenic vantage point.
• 10:30 – Depart Kintamani and continue to Mason Elephant Park.
• 11:30 – Arrive at Mason Elephant Park and complete the registration process.
• 11:45 – 15:00 – Enjoy the Elephant Bathing Experience, including:
  • Elephant bathing at the lake (10–15 mins).
  • Elephant Hand Washing (10–15 mins), followed by a shower (towels, soap, and shampoo provided.) Please bring a change of dry clothes/swimsuit.
  • Hand-feeding the elephants (includes 1 fruit basket).
  • Access to the museum, Discovery Information Center, art galleries, botanical garden, Park Theatre, and Treetop Walk.
  • Enjoy lunch at the park’s restaurant.

After the elephant experience, transfer back to your hotel.

3. Pick-up areas: Kuta, Legian, Canggu, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Sanur, Denpasar, and Ubud.
4. Reasonable and fair pricing—meaning strictly NO HIDDEN FEES.
5. Private tour service: There are no other participants; the vehicle is exclusively for you and your companions.
6. Cancellations made before 17:00 (5:00 PM) on the day before the trip are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
7. Late Cancellations: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip, a 25% cancellation fee will apply.
8. Same-Day / No-Show: Strictly no refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or if you fail to arrive at the scheduled time.
9. Rescheduling Policy: Bookings are generally non-refundable for a full cash refund, but we are happy to assist with rescheduling your date free of charge if you inform us at least 24 hours in advance (subject to availability).
10. Unforeseen Situations: In case of unexpected events such as bad weather, natural disasters, or operational issues, we will gladly help arrange a new schedule or provide credit for a future visit. Alternatively, if a refund is preferred, a 5% service fee will apply to the total payment.
