Morning pick up from your hotel by our fancy private car with fully air conditioned, assisting by our Excellent English speaking driver. Heading to the north of Ubud known as Taro village where the Mason Elephant Park located.
Enjoy your day with our Sumatran’s elephant for 10-15 minutes hand washing. This is one of the most favourite program in Bali.

Registration and welcome process. - 10.15 – 11.00 – Elephant Washing Experience
Enjoy a hands-on elephant washing session (approximately 10–15 minutes). Shower and towel facilities are provided afterward. - 11.30 – 12.00 – Elephant Feeding & Park Exploration
Feed the elephants, take memorable photos, and explore the park, including the museum and Elephant Discovery Information Centre. - 12.00 – 13.00 – Lunch at Mason Fancy Restaurant
Lunch is served at the park’s restaurant (food only included).

REFUND POLICY:
- Please note that bookings are generally non-refundable. However, we’re happy to assist with rescheduling if you inform us at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip (latest by 17:00) are not eligible for a refund.
- For cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, a 10% administration fee will be deducted from the total payment.
- In case of unforeseen situations such as weather conditions, natural events, or operational issues, we’ll gladly help arrange a new schedule or provide credit for your future visit.
