Mount Batur Sunrise Jeep Tour
Set off toward the Mount Batur viewpoint, experiencing the exhilarating ride as you climb to watch the sun rise.
Elephant Bathing Experience. Begin your elephant experience! Scrub and wash the elephants for 10 minutes, followed by a 10-minute bareback ride into the elephant pool. Refresh with a shower and towel provided afterward.
Feed the elephants, capture memorable photos, and explore the park. Visit the museum and the Elephant Discovery Information Centre.

RUN DOWN – TIME ESTIMATION:
- Hotel Pick-Up
Pick-up time will be arranged based on your hotel location. - 04:00 – Arrive at Jeep Base Camp (meeting point)
- 04:15 – Prepare for the Sunrise Jeep Adventure, including Black Lava and Black Sand exploration
- 05:00 – Arrive at the Sunrise Viewpoint (approximately 1,200 meters above sea level)
- 06:00 – Enjoy a simple breakfast, served by your jeep driver while watching the sunrise from the jeep
- 07:00 – Drive through the dramatic Black Lava fields, remnants of Mount Batur’s past eruptions
- 08:00 – Explore the vast Black Sand landscapes, a unique volcanic terrain
- 08:30 – Estimated return to Jeep Base Camp, then continue driving uphill toward Kintamani
- 09:15 – 09:30 – Short stop in Kintamani to admire panoramic views of Mount Batur and Lake Batur
- 11:00 – 11:15 – Arrive at Mason Elephant Park & Lodge, registration process

REFUND POLICY:
- Please note that bookings are generally non-refundable. However, we’re happy to assist with rescheduling if you inform us at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip (latest by 17:00) are not eligible for a refund.
- For cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, a 10% administration fee will be deducted from the total payment.
- In case of unforeseen situations such as weather conditions, natural events, or operational issues, we’ll gladly help arrange a new schedule or provide credit for your future visit.
