Elephant Bathing Experience. Get up close and personal with Bali’s gentle giants as you take part in a fun and interactive elephant washing session. Spend 10–15 minutes scrubbing and splashing alongside the elephants before freshening up with complimentary shower facilities and a clean towel provided for your comfort.

Pura Tirta Empul Temple Visit & Purification Ritual: Visit the ancient holy spring temple of Pura Tirta Empul. Join in a traditional purification ritual, immersing yourself in the temple’s sacred springs for a symbolic cleanse believed to purify the mind, body, and soul. Sarongs and lockers are provided; please bring extra dry clothing.

RUN DOWN – TIME ESTIMATION:

• Pick-up Time: To be advised based on your hotel location.
• 08:30: Arrive at Mason Elephant Park Sanctuary & Lodge for registration.
• 09:00 – 09:45: Enjoy a delicious breakfast at Mason’s elegant restaurant. Choose between Continental or American breakfast with juice, coffee, or tea.
• 10:00 – 12:00 – Begin your day with the Elephant Bathing & Washing program, featuring:
  • Elephant bathing at the lake (10–15 mins).
  • Elephant Hand Washing (10–15 mins), followed by a shower (towels, soap, and shampoo provided.) Please bring a change of dry clothes/swimsuit.
  • Hand-feeding the elephants (includes 1 fruit basket).
  • Access to the museum, Discovery Information Center, art galleries, botanical garden, Park Theatre, and Treetop Walk.
• 12:30 – 13:45 – Lunch: Relax and enjoy a delicious lunch at a scenic local restaurant.
• 14:30 – 17:00 – Pura Tirta Empul Holy Spring Temple:
  Arrive at the famous water temple for your self-bathing purification ritual (Melukat). According to local Balinese belief, these crystal-clear springs possess spiritual healing properties to cleanse the body and mind.
  A sarong & locker are provided. (Please bring extra dry clothes).
• 17:00 – Return Transfer: Relax in your private vehicle as you are transferred safely back to your hotel.

1. Mason Adventures covers insurance for participants aged 8–75 years.
2. Payment should be settled online (if you experience issues with your card, please chat with us for assistance).
3. Pick-up areas: Kuta, Legian, Canggu, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Sanur, Denpasar, and Ubud.
4. Reasonable and fair pricing—meaning strictly NO HIDDEN FEES.
5. Private tour service: There are no other participants; the vehicle is exclusively for you and your companions.
6. Cancellations made before 17:00 (5:00 PM) on the day before the trip are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
7. Late Cancellations: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip, a 25% cancellation fee will apply.
8. Same-Day / No-Show: Strictly no refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or if you fail to arrive at the scheduled time.
9. Rescheduling Policy: Bookings are generally non-refundable for a full cash refund, but we are happy to assist with rescheduling your date free of charge if you inform us at least 24 hours in advance (subject to availability).
10. Unforeseen Situations: In case of unexpected events such as bad weather, natural disasters, or operational issues, we will gladly help arrange a new schedule or provide credit for a future visit. Alternatively, if a refund is preferred, a 5% service fee will apply to the total payment.
