TEP 05: Elephant Picnic + ATV Adventure

TIME ESTIMATION:

• Pick up time: “We will confirm your pickup time once we have your hotel details.”
• 09.00:  Arrive at Atv location, Register, Grab safety tools and safety talk from Atv instructor.
• 09.30-10.30: Start Atv ride for about 60 minutes through the muddy, wet, small river, tropical garden, waterfall and artificial cave.
• 10.45-11.00: Shower and changes, then continue our tour to Mason Elephant Park Sanctuary.
• 12.30 – 13.30: Arriving at Mason Elephant Park Santuary, registration and having lunch at Mason’s  Fancy resto (lunch food only, Lunch open hours 11.00-15.00)
• 13.30-16.00: TIME FOR SUMATRAN’S Elephant with Program PICNIC with ELEPHANT with below inclusion:
  • Park entrance ticket.
  • Visit Museum and Discovery Information center.
  • Visit Art Galleries  and botanical gardens.
  • Fruit Platter & one-time choice of Beverage as Picnic Menu for guest

CHILD POLICY:

• Child: 7–12 years old (standard child rate applies).

REMARKS & CONDITIONS: 

1. Mason Adventures covers insurance for participants aged 7–75 years.
2. Payment should be settled online (if you experience issues with your card, please chat with us for assistance).
3. Pick-up areas: Kuta, Legian, Canggu, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Sanur, Denpasar, and Ubud.
4. Reasonable and fair pricing—meaning strictly NO HIDDEN FEES.
5. Private tour service: There are no other participants; the vehicle is exclusively for you and your companions.
6. Cancellations made before 17:00 (5:00 PM) on the day before the trip are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
7. Late Cancellations: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip, a 25% cancellation fee will apply.
8. Same-Day / No-Show: Strictly no refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or if you fail to arrive at the scheduled time.
9. Rescheduling Policy: Bookings are generally non-refundable for a full cash refund, but we are happy to assist with rescheduling your date free of charge if you inform us at least 24 hours in advance (subject to availability).
10. Unforeseen Situations: In case of unexpected events such as bad weather, natural disasters, or operational issues, we will gladly help arrange a new schedule or provide credit for a future visit. Alternatively, if a refund is preferred, a 5% service fee will apply to the total payment.
