TEP 01: Elephant Picnic + Ayung Water Rafting .

TIME ESTIMATION:

• Pick up time from the Hotel to be advise subject on your hotel location.
• 09.30  Arriving Rafting base camp,  Register then take a shuttle to the start point. Grab Helmet, life jacket and paddle and walk down pass 500 step to river side.
• 10.00 – Start Rafting after safety talk from our instructor.
• 12.00 – Finish Rafting then walk up back to rafting base camp pass 350 step.
• 12.15 13.00 – Shower and changes then Having Lunch at Rafting resto with Indonesian food.
• 13.15 – Depart to Mason Elephant park.
• 14.15 – Arrive at the Mason Elephant Park  & Registration Process
• 14.30 – 17.00: TIME FOR SUMATRAN’S Elephant with Program PICNIC with ELEPHANT with below inclusion:
  • Park entrance ticket.
  • Visit Museum and Discovery Information center.
  • Visit Art Galleries  and botanical gardens.
  • Gourmet Lunch at Mason resto (Open hours 11.00-15.00)

REMARKS & CONDITIONS: 

1. Mason Adventures covers insurance for participants aged 5–75 years.
2. Payment should be settled online (if you experience issues with your card, please chat with us for assistance).
3. Pick-up areas: Kuta, Legian, Canggu, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Sanur, Denpasar, and Ubud.
4. Reasonable and fair pricing—meaning strictly NO HIDDEN FEES.
5. Private tour service: There are no other participants; the vehicle is exclusively for you and your companions.
6. Cancellations made before 17:00 (5:00 PM) on the day before the trip are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
7. Late Cancellations: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip, a 25% cancellation fee will apply.
8. Same-Day / No-Show: Strictly no refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or if you fail to arrive at the scheduled time.
9. Rescheduling Policy: Bookings are generally non-refundable for a full cash refund, but we are happy to assist with rescheduling your date free of charge if you inform us at least 24 hours in advance (subject to availability).
10. Unforeseen Situations: In case of unexpected events such as bad weather, natural disasters, or operational issues, we will gladly help arrange a new schedule or provide credit for a future visit. Alternatively, if a refund is preferred, a 5% service fee will apply to the total payment.
