Once you’ve collected your bounty, head over to the cooking school, nestled in the tranquil embrace of Ubud’s lush landscapes. Here, under the watchful eye of an experienced local chef, you’ll embark on a hands-on culinary adventure. The chef will guide you through the intricate process of crafting a selection of traditional Balinese dishes, offering insights and tips with both enthusiasm and expertise.
After a rewarding session in the kitchen, it’s time to savor the fruits of your labor. Unwind in a peaceful garden setting as you relish the meal you’ve created. This is the perfect moment to appreciate the rich flavors and textures of Balinese cuisine, all while sharing the experience with fellow food lovers.
Elephant Bathing Experience. Get up close and personal with Bali’s gentle giants as you take part in a fun and interactive elephant washing session. Spend 10–15 minutes scrubbing and splashing alongside the elephants before freshening up with complimentary shower facilities and a clean towel provided for your comfort.

RUN DOWN – TIME ESTIMATION:
- Pick-up Time: Hotel pick-up time will be arranged according to your hotel location.
- 08:15 – Traditional Village Market Visit: Dive straight into daily Balinese life. Wander the colorful stalls of a local market alongside your guide, discovering fresh tropical produce, indigenous medicinal herbs, and the essential spice roots used in island cooking.
- 09:00 – 12:30 – Hands-On Balinese Cooking Class: Arrive at a local family home and enjoy a refreshing welcome drink before beginning your cooking class. Guided by an English-speaking instructor, you’ll learn how to prepare a selection of authentic Balinese dishes using traditional methods and fresh ingredients.
- 12:30 – 13:00 – Enjoy Your Homemade Lunch: After completing the class, sit down and enjoy the delicious meal you’ve prepared.
- 13:00 – 14:30 – Scenic Mountain Drive: Relax in your private, air-conditioned vehicle as you climb into the cool, misty tropical highlands of Taro.
- 14:30 – 17:00 – Arrive at Mason Elephant Park and complete the registration process. Enjoy the elephant bathing experience, including:
- Elephant bathing at the lake (10–15 mins).
- Elephant Hand Washing (10–15 mins), followed by a shower (towels, soap, and shampoo provided.) Please bring a change of dry clothes/swimsuit.
- Hand-feeding the elephants (includes 1 fruit basket).

REMARKS & CONDITIONS:
- Mason Adventures covers insurance for participants aged 8–75 years.
- Payment should be settled online (if you experience issues with your card, please chat with us for assistance).
- Pick-up areas: Kuta, Legian, Canggu, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Sanur, Denpasar, and Ubud.
- Reasonable and fair pricing—meaning strictly NO HIDDEN FEES.
- Private tour service: There are no other participants; the vehicle is exclusively for you and your companions.
- Cancellations made before 17:00 (5:00 PM) on the day before the trip are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
- Late Cancellations: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip, a 25% cancellation fee will apply.
- Same-Day / No-Show: Strictly no refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or if you fail to arrive at the scheduled time.
- Rescheduling Policy: Bookings are generally non-refundable for a full cash refund, but we are happy to assist with rescheduling your date free of charge if you inform us at least 24 hours in advance (subject to availability).
- Unforeseen Situations: In case of unexpected events such as bad weather, natural disasters, or operational issues, we will gladly help arrange a new schedule or provide credit for a future visit. Alternatively, if a refund is preferred, a 5% service fee will apply to the total payment.
