TEP 06: Elephant Picnic + Swing Ubud Tour

TIME ESTIMATION:

• Pick up time: “We will confirm your pickup time once we have your hotel details.”
• 09.00: Arriving at the Mason Elephant Park & Lodge Taro & Registration Process.
• 09.15 -12.00: TIME FOR SUMATRAN’S Elephant with Program PICNIC with ELEPHANT with below inclusion:
  • Park entrance ticket.
  • Visit Museum and Discovery Information center.
  • Visit Art Galleries  and botanical gardens.
  • Gourmet Lunch at Mason resto (Open hours 11.00-15.00)
  • Fruit Platter & one-time choice of Beverage as Picnic Menu for guest
  • Visit the Park Theatre and treetop walk.
  • Hand feeding the elephants with one fruit basket.
  • Insurance.
• 12.00-13.00: Lunch will be served at Mason Elephant Park Restaurant (Food only, Open hours 11.00-15.00)
• 13.00: After lunch, depart from Mason Park, We will continue our tour to the next stop with the following itinerary………
• 13.35-16.00: Enjoy SWING Activities at TEGALALANG with rice terrace view. We offers SINGLE SWING, COUPLE SWING, FAMILY SWING and BAD SWING. Instead of swing game, you also has a change to take instagramable photo at  CHICKEN NEST, BIRD NEST, LOVE and BOAT photo spot and walk into the rice fields path. ( For the swing the participant must be in good shape, not for someone with any issues healthy)
  Dress rental is available with extra pay at the swing location.
• 16.30-18.00: Explore Ubud Center  to stroll along the street with colorful of beautiful souvenirs shop, fancy café.
• Afterward transfer back to your hotel, end of our services.

CHILD POLICY:

• Child: 7–12 years old (standard child rate applies).
• Child 5-6 years available without swing (Only can take picture and photo spot)

• Note: Infants and children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the tour.

REMARKS & CONDITIONS: 

1. Mason Adventures covers insurance for participants aged 1–75 years.
2. Payment should be settled online (if you experience issues with your card, please chat with us for assistance).
3. Pick-up areas: Kuta, Legian, Canggu, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Sanur, Denpasar, and Ubud.
4. Reasonable and fair pricing—meaning strictly NO HIDDEN FEES.
5. Private tour service: There are no other participants; the vehicle is exclusively for you and your companions.
6. Cancellations made before 17:00 (5:00 PM) on the day before the trip are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
7. Late Cancellations: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip, a 25% cancellation fee will apply.
8. Same-Day / No-Show: Strictly no refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or if you fail to arrive at the scheduled time.
9. Rescheduling Policy: Bookings are generally non-refundable for a full cash refund, but we are happy to assist with rescheduling your date free of charge if you inform us at least 24 hours in advance (subject to availability).
10. Unforeseen Situations: In case of unexpected events such as bad weather, natural disasters, or operational issues, we will gladly help arrange a new schedule or provide credit for a future visit. Alternatively, if a refund is preferred, a 5% service fee will apply to the total payment.
