• 09.00 -11.30: TIME FOR SUMATRAN’S Elephant with Program PICNIC with ELEPHANT with below inclusion:

• 11.30: Depart from Mason Park, We will continue our tour to the next stop with the following itinerary………
• 13.00-14.00: Stop at one of the restaurant in Kintamani to having lunch while enjoy the stunning view of Mount Batur overlooks its tranquil crater Batur Lake.
• 15.00-15.30: Stop at spices garden to know about what we grow in this village and see how the local made coffee in traditional way + try some coffee.
• 16.15-16.30: Short stop at Tegalalang to enjoy the marvelous view of rice terraces.
• 17.00-18.00: Time to stroll around Ubud Center with Ubud Art market, hundreds of souvenirs shops along the street.
• Afterward transfer back to your hotel, end of our services.

• Infant: Below 4 years old (infant rate applies).
• Child: 5–12 years old (standard child rate applies).

REMARKS & CONDITIONS: 

1. Mason Adventures covers insurance for participants aged 1–75 years.
2. Payment should be settled online (if you experience issues with your card, please chat with us for assistance).
3. Pick-up areas: Kuta, Legian, Canggu, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Sanur, Denpasar, and Ubud.
4. Reasonable and fair pricing—meaning strictly NO HIDDEN FEES.
5. Private tour service: There are no other participants; the vehicle is exclusively for you and your companions.
6. Cancellations made before 17:00 (5:00 PM) on the day before the trip are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
7. Late Cancellations: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip, a 25% cancellation fee will apply.
8. Same-Day / No-Show: Strictly no refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or if you fail to arrive at the scheduled time.
9. Rescheduling Policy: Bookings are generally non-refundable for a full cash refund, but we are happy to assist with rescheduling your date free of charge if you inform us at least 24 hours in advance (subject to availability).
10. Unforeseen Situations: In case of unexpected events such as bad weather, natural disasters, or operational issues, we will gladly help arrange a new schedule or provide credit for a future visit. Alternatively, if a refund is preferred, a 5% service fee will apply to the total payment.
