RUN DOWN – TIME ESTIMATION:

• Pick-up Time: To be advised based on your hotel location.
• 10:00 – Arrive at Mason Elephant Park and complete the registration process.
• 10:15 – 12:15 – Begin your day with the Elephant Bathing & Washing program, featuring:
  • Elephant bathing at the lake (10–15 mins).
  • Elephant Hand Washing (10–15 mins), followed by a shower (towels, soap, and shampoo provided.) Please bring a change of dry clothes/swimsuit.
  • Hand-feeding the elephants (includes 1 fruit basket).
  • Access to the museum, Discovery Information Center, art galleries, botanical garden, Park Theatre, and Treetop Walk.
• 12:30 – 13:30 – Enjoy lunch at the park’s restaurant overlooking the elephant lake and tropical surroundings.
• 13:45 – Depart from Mason Elephant Park and continue toward Bali’s cultural heritage sites.
• 14:30 – 15:30 – Explore Gunung Kawi Temple, an impressive archaeological complex featuring ancient rock-cut shrines dedicated to Bali’s royal dynasty. Enjoy the scenic walk through rice terraces and lush valleys surrounding the site.
  Please note that reaching the temple requires walking down and back up several hundred steps.

1. Mason Adventures covers insurance for participants aged 8–75 years.
2. Payment should be settled online (if you experience issues with your card, please chat with us for assistance).
3. Pick-up areas: Kuta, Legian, Canggu, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Sanur, Denpasar, and Ubud.
4. Reasonable and fair pricing—meaning strictly NO HIDDEN FEES.
5. Private tour service: There are no other participants; the vehicle is exclusively for you and your companions.
6. Cancellations made before 17:00 (5:00 PM) on the day before the trip are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
7. Late Cancellations: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip, a 25% cancellation fee will apply.
8. Same-Day / No-Show: Strictly no refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or if you fail to arrive at the scheduled time.
9. Rescheduling Policy: Bookings are generally non-refundable for a full cash refund, but we are happy to assist with rescheduling your date free of charge if you inform us at least 24 hours in advance (subject to availability).
10. Unforeseen Situations: In case of unexpected events such as bad weather, natural disasters, or operational issues, we will gladly help arrange a new schedule or provide credit for a future visit. Alternatively, if a refund is preferred, a 5% service fee will apply to the total payment.
